Friendly people. However, I don’t like being “billed” for my oil delivery, when I leave a check on the door for the driver. (As instructed).

Specifically, your delivery truck arrived with oil within 90 minutes of my call when I discovered my tank was empty last month! And your customer service reps I’ve spoken to on the phone are very professional and helpful. Thank you!
