Was not told (or we were not paying attention) to leave a check and went several days without a promised delivery. After a week of no delivery, Melissa answered the phone letting us know that the delivery person had tried to deliver a few times, but did not because a check was not left.

The older woman who answers the phone is so nice, professional and accommodating. I have had several conversations with her as I have a couple accounts and she’s amazingly helpful. She is why I stay with this company even when there are less expensive options. I also thought the guy that made my delivery was very professional as he checked to be certain he had the correct house and laid down a mat in the event he had any spill. He also had a big smile on his face when he delivered my receipt even though it was very early in the morning and cold. Great job all around. Thank you!
