Overall great closing, the title work could have went a little smoother, rather the communication of the delay in title work. Ive closed here before with a 10+ so I have no doubt the next closing will meet those expectations. My buyer was very happy with the cash discount and will definitely be back again! Not many attorney offices offer that benefit, just one of the many reasons I will bring my client's back to Ganek PC again, and again... thank you!

Very smooth process! Staff was friendly and competent and communication was great. This was a cash transaction so not overly complicated but we did have a last minute hiccup that required we push the time to later in the day and everyone accommodated us with no problems.
