Hundreds and hundreds of closings over almost a decade (for me) (way more with Barb) with a great team headed by Mimi, with Jeff as great atty too. Not every transaction is without problems -- legal, difficult clients, loans, difficult agents, even clients who die while under contract! But Mimi and team have always gotten us through!
