Where do I even begin… The overall experience was outstanding from start to finish. The attention to detail and the sophisticated atmosphere at the Perimeter office were incredibly impressive. It truly elevated the experience and made me feel even more polished and professional in front of my client — which is always important.
This was my very first closing with Ganek, but it definitely will not be my last.
The only constructive feedback I would offer relates to the email communication. Some of the messages were not linked together, which required me to comb through multiple emails to piece everything together. A centralized portal to keep all documents and communication in one place would make an already great experience even more seamless and efficient.

The staff was very professional and proactive. This transaction had a number of twists and turns but everyone remained calm and worked through the process. I particularly enjoy the way the closing attorney explained the stack of documents to the buyer at the table. This can feel overwhelming but she walked him through it all.
