I think the service is overall good. I find it odd the pricing is different North Loop vs other locations when they use the same staff. Example:

North Loop there is no charge for a shampoo but at the Edina location it is an additional $6.

The checkout terminals are set to tip a dollar amount in Edina rather than a percentage at the North Loop location.

Cllose to my home, and stylists was great and cut my hair just the way I wanted! The hot towel treatment is also great.

Stylists are great, clean and hip environment and their shampoo & conditioner are my new favorites!
Chloe colored my hair and she got it right on the first try.
Usually when I go somewhere new, my hair turns out too light or too dark.
Chloe also did a pixie cut on my 87 yr old grandmother and she cut it exactly as she wanted it to be cut.
Chloe talked her way through the cut before each snip of hair so we were certain it would turn out as we wanted.
Chloe listens and does only what you ask her to do but if you want her opinion she is extremely experienced and knowledgeable.
I will be returning for my future cut and color with Chloe.
I watched the other staff and they all seem great as well!
I highly recommend Floyd’s 99 on France Ave in Edina.
They also have parking in the alley behind their shop :)
