I will always recommend sport clips. I just wish that they would get rid of the bad employees and managers before they ruin the rest of the team. I wish they would promote the ones that want it to build morale and not just for the money. And stop playing favorites.
When there is one too two stylists that are causing a hostile work environment and nothing gets done about it, you’re about to lose the whole staff including the manager and the two that are causing it!

Would really like a remodel on our store, have had many clients say the store looks bad, peeling paint and chipped everything else, cabinet doors hanging off of hinges broken vacuums, mice. There’s a list of things wrong with the store but the environment and everything else is amazing. I love who I work with and for. I just wish our store was treated better by the higher ups. Our success check probably would be higher if those things were fixed.

I love that with sport clips it’s like working with family. There are no groups like in highschool. Everyone gets along, drama is squashed fast, and everyone loves everyone inside the store. I love my work family. I have made some good friends while being employed with sport clips even though i have only been employed for a short amount of time. Everyone was so welcoming when i first started and made me feel like i wasnt even new.
