Care camp was the main reason I looked to join the team, but the group I got to jump in with have been so supportive and have taught me a lot. I wasn't very confident in my cuts and even though there is still a lot I need to learn, I feel very comfortable in asking my peers for advice and encouragement when I have a cut that I've never done before. Sport clips is a great company as a whole, the store area leaders should be able to terminate if there is someone that needs to be terminated without HR.
