Care camp was the main reason I looked to join the team, but the group I got to jump in with have been so supportive and have taught me a lot. I wasn't very confident in my cuts and even though there is still a lot I need to learn, I feel very comfortable in asking my peers for advice and encouragement when I have a cut that I've never done before. Thank you to all the members of 203 for helping to build me up and help me grow.
Sport clips is a great company as a whole, the store area leaders should be able to terminate if there is someone that needs to be terminated without HR.

Sport clips had been an amazing career choice for me. I think who you have as leaders - in team lead or upper management makes a huge impact on how good or bad your experience is.
The team that was selected is very motivated in doing whats right and knows how to be a team member. We take care of eachother, especially during needed flexible times.
