Our caregiver, Niki, is fantastic. She is reliable, knowledgeable and makes sure my husband is well taken care of. Also, Debbie and Julio are fantastic. As owners of Senior Care they are always reachable, helpful and kind. Niki is available to take my husband to PT when needed, makes sure he completes his ADL's, fixes his breakfast and lunch before leaving.

This is definitely a smaller company, however, they are great. They care about their patients and the patients family. I have recommended them to a couple of my friends who need care and would do so again.

Caregivers are well trained and/or experienced and require little help from me once they know where supplies/food etc are located and the patients habits and schedule.
Company personnel and office staff are quick to respond to needs or questions.

You do what you said you would do. So do your workers. Since this is new to me, I am learning what to expect.The two ladies that have been to my house have been good workers even tho they are young.. I know they are not house cleaners but are trained to be caregivers. They are on time and very pleasant when here. We are learning to gather.

I feel the caregiver should do more as in change up the pattern with dad. He is getting board of puzzles nothing excited to keep him fully engage.
