The whole process was extremely quick and communication was great. George was very clear and helpful over the phone when we went over my report. Also, having text as a communication option is a very convenient method for non time sensitive comments/updates. I liked that I was able to notify Christian Brothers that I wouldn't be able to pick up my car until a later time by simply sending a text.

I did shop around to various shops, your prices were in the ballpark of the higher end, but I would gladly pay a little more for the excellent service. My truck is not just transportation but a tool that helps me make a living, having a dependable, sound vehicle is important.
Im not a mechanic but understand the systems and how they function, your the only shop that recommended to replace the condenser, after wiping out 2 compressors, I knew trash in the system was creating issues, understanding that, I knew it wasn’t responsible to just flush it.

Very professional, George S in particular and good listeners. CBA communicates well, best of any repair shops in Sarasota that I have used. Very thorough inspection and diagnosis. My problem has been going on for more than a year. Fingers crossed that they found and repaired it. So far, so good.

Pricing much better than the local dealership, communication was understandable. The waiting room is clean and comfortable.
The staff is very helpful and courteous. I went in for an oil change which was very reasonable. They also did a courtesy check of my vehicle and informed me of problems which were potential future and ones I should address soon. They provided this with no pressure so I am aware of what needs to be done and can take care of it when I am able. I felt they were honest with me and I can trust them to give me accurate information and not try to sell me services I don't need. That is really important because that means I will be going back for all my car care needs. Highly recommend.
