Great
Nice program. They do a great job working with the kids.
My kids love it there! Ms. Sharon is the best and great with kids!
All around positive
What a palace of exercise! Great facility. is there a machine that you DONT have? I'll be a while trying all of them. Attentive staff.
The Y provides classes for people of various ages, fitness levels and interests. The various machines and exercise equipment provide any sort of workout a person could desire. The Y has an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool, pickle ball courts and the facility is surrounded by a green space and outdoor walking trail. I've probably forgotten something, but what more could you want?
Seems like a good value at a reasonable price.
The place is clean and well taken care of (Unlike the downtown Y, which is a shameful dump)
The staff is pleasant and helpful

Enjoy walking the track
Clean, not too crowded very pleasant staff and updated facilities.
I like how friendly and supportive people are at the Jorgensen Branch YMCA, the staff are patient and my calls are always answered. The environment is clean, and spacious while not being overwhelming even when a lot is going on. All the YMCA staff I've interacted with are kind and courteous, and of all the YMCAs I've visited in Fort Wayne the Jorgensen Branch feels the most right.
Friendly staff , nice atmosphere and all fesilites.
Just started using the Y again. I love the egym and the yoga+ cardio classes. Also using the track on day's when the weather is bad. Great place.
I come five days a week and have since August 2022
Egym is a nice addition
Clean
Only do one thing and that's the swim exercise class. I love it! Good for my mind and body. I want to branch out and try more but this is great right now.
We love our swimming lessons!
I have two grandsons in the aquatics program. For the most part, I am very satisficed with how the different levels are implemented. However, I have been concerned at times with the consistency of how things are operated. I have had two instances when most of the kids did not show up for the class. One time they instructor moved my grandson to the next level class which he wasn't prepared to do. The second time, the instructor turned the entire class time into a playtime. The purpose of going to the classes is to learn and improve their swimming capabilities. The times could have been spent working one-on-one with the children to work on some of their deficiencies. I have one grandson that was recommended by his instructor to take the swimming test to get his green band. The test was actually performed by Hailey who was one of the head lifeguard. She indicated he pasted the test but it was never entered in the system which meant he could not get a green band for the summer. When he resumed his Fall swimming lessons, the new instructor indicated he was not ready to get the green band. Due to a lack of consistency in policies and communication, my grandson was completely disappointed. One of my grandsons is in level 5. His current instructor is unset because my grandson and some of the other kids had not been introduced to some of the other swimming strokes which should have been done in previous levels. I understand it is difficult to run a program of this magnitude especially being shorthanded with lifeguards and instructors. However, I do think there should be some general rules or standards on how situations should be handled to promote continuity especially if there is any risk of disappointing or misleading any of the kids.
Everyone and everything

I am appreciating the new equipment. The Y is keep clean and staff are always professional and ready to assist. Workout equipment does need major dusting of crevices.
