It's a modern facility, with programs for everyone, from small toddlers to older adults. It's also a very clean, well maintained building.

The group exercise classes have been great for my physical health. They have also become a community of friends. The instructors are well trained, engaging , and promote connection with others. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist with any question or concern. The facility is clean and I feel safe!
