Location and feeling welcome upon entering the Y
Every thing
The staff was welcoming when I came in. The facility was clean and there was plenty of equipment to do the workout. Was also greeted when I left the facility. Good job to the team there for their attention to customer service!
All the programs, the pool, and equipment are great
My family and I love the outdoor pool!! Excellent.
I enjoy the outdoor pool and the new chairs. I come here especially for the pool
My first visit was very good. Had a tour, went to chair yoga class. I recently moved, was attending chair yoga classes at Dupont YMCA. Love the Y!
The ability to use all the equipment with ease and if you have questions staff will answer.
Absolutely love your pool area for summer fun
Love the new lounge chairs for the outdoor pool! The lifeguards out there are always very attentive and friendly!
I love the YMCA because it offers me the opportunity to work out in a comfortable, family-friendly, judgement free zone, where staff and eager to greet me and tend to my every need.
Very well run facility
I like everything this Y has to offer especially the Egym machines. And all of the staff are very friendly.
Friendly are helpful personnel
A variety of different exercise equipment
The new layout of the equipment has made it MUCH easier to gain access to what I need. Wait time has been reduced, bordering on ELIMINATED.
I love Zumba, especially with Shelley, but all of the instructors are excellent.
Nice and clean, however feel very uncomfortable with universal dressing rooms and no choice to use a women’s area especially when changing into a bathing suit. Had hoped to use the hot tub but won’t unless I come dressed to go
All the employees are very friendly and helpful.
Everything I need in one place.
Friendly staff and members. Sometimes I get a cup of coffee and sit around and talk until I realize why I came to the Y😂. Love the gym even though 2 of the machines are not working
