The people who work here have always been very supportive and caring about the needs of the members and their guests. The only downside I have ever had has been the pool schedule. The mobile apps, and the printed schedule don't always reflect the actual schedule of the pools. I have brought this to the attention of the front desk workers and they were trying to get it corrected
The Jackson Lehman YMCA is awesome! The staff there are always so friendly especially the lifeguards. Dan is the best Aquatics Director!

I love your pickleball courts, and the people that play there are great! I am from out of town but frequently play PB there when visiting my daughter, who lives in Fort Wayne. The group has welcomed me since the first day I walked in the door.

First of all, the helpful, friendly staff. I use the locker room, indoor track, sauna, and showers. The place is always clean. It's a beautiful facility that is well maintained. Thanks for asking and for providing such a great place.
