We had a leak and hadn’t gotten a fill in a while and ran out. Dosent seem like we should have used that much and then the driver found a leak. Hoping something is done about this . We have auto fill ups for a reason and had no hot water or stove for the whole weekend

I'm reserving judgement until I see how this winter goes. As a 30 year customer who always pays upfront and is on auto delivery, OSTERMAN let me come very close to running out of propane twice last winter. They promise it won't happen this year....we'll see.
