I will be returning the shoes and insoles I bought on Tuesday. I wore them home and they started to squeak when I walked. I called the store right away and the young girl who answered, suggested I put lotion on the plastic part of the insole. I am not going to do this on a pair of shoes, that are brand new and I only wore for two hours. I will be returning the shoes on Friday.

Salesman was very thorough, caring and friendly when helping my sister in law who's severe RA has left her feet very disfigured. He was patient and understanding about her issues. I was very impressed!

The foot scanner at the Southport location is the most helpful and good to know what type of shoe is best. I also like the variety of shoes and that they sell spikes even though the spikes options are limited.

It took more than a month to get shoes in for me. First time 2 weeks went by with out a call so I went into the store and they hadn’t been ordered yet l. Then waited 2 more weeks before I went back in and still weren’t in. then the next week I got a call that shoes came in.
