It is very nice to see that the shoe manufacturers are finally making a sport shoe product that is not embarrassing to wear, good riddance to those ridiculous colors they have been forcing down our throats for so long! The people at your store have always been excellent, and remain so today. My husband and I shop exclusively at Fleet Feet for our foot wear needs, the fit is always perfect, and the selection is second to none. Thank You from both of us.

Honestly fleet feet has been life-changing. Eight years ago I signed up for a half marathon training after never running a day in my life. I wanted to conquer something new and I would not have been successful without all the knowledge of the Coaches and other members . Every time you go on in the store I have left with an amazing pair of shoes or other products that have help me reach my goals most comfortable way possible .

In running for almost 4 decades, one thing has always been a constant when shopping for new shoes..... watching how the foot and body reacts dynamically under actual loading and not statically standing on a scanner. That would be great if I was looking for a pair of running shoes to stand in one spot. It’s certainly a nice gadget but functionally it doesn’t seem to do the trick, at least not with me. I settled for a pair of shoes that felt decent but after almost an hour, I was getting weary of one pair of shoes at a time being brought out with less and less cushioning in the FOREFOOT area. I specifically told the salesperson I was a mid-forefoot runner but each pair was loaded in the heel and became less and less in the area I most needed it. I thought HOKA would have been a good choice but I didn’t get to try any since the “scanner” didn’t suggest them. I logged 6 miles of flat running in the shoes I settled on and it will most likely be the final 6. I will most likely sell them. I still think Fleet Feet is a great running source but gimmicky sales is a little beneath them. Maybe I’ll give them another try at some point but it might be a while. Thanks.

I hope this finds you well. Thank you for taking your time to provide us with some feedback. Thank you for spending your free time with us the other day. I was able to come in as you were leaving and said bye to you at checkout. Our staff mentioned you had some time to kill so you decided to come spend it with us to find a good shoe to run in. The scanner tells us a great deal about a person's foot and what it might do when putting a load on it. For example high rigid arches tend to stay neutral or supinate and medium to low arches are flexible leading to pronation. It also shows us your foot shape, volume, and width. All are key metrics when trying to recommend footwear that a customer will have the best experience in. Certain brands run narrow others have more volume. Our staff did mention she did do a video of your gait with you, again to see how your foot moves in motion. All information we gather to make the best recommendation for the customer to have a great experience in the footwear they choose to walk out with. Recommending footwear fit and trying to bring what the customer wants when it comes to feel is the line we help guide customers on. With that said, we have a 60 day no question ask return/exchange policy, even if you ran in the shoes, you can still bring them in and switch to another pair of shoes. I have some Hoka's in your size that I will put on the hold shelf for you to try out when you come back in. Let me know of any questions, I am here to help.

They were very attentive to listening to the issues that I have with my feet and thoroughly explained what they thought would be the best solution and so far they were right I have plantar fasciitis and they showed me some solutions I could try and sized me to the best shoes to help alleviate the pain I had while running
