It was such a great experience to have my feet scanned and have shoes to try on that met my foot specifications! The guy that waited on me was so helpful, I will absolutely not only be back but recommend friends.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. You always have my weird (12.5) size in stock in a variety of shoes that fit my flat fleet. Keep up the good work!
Your services are great & have very high quality products but I am not so sure that I would comeback only because of the very 👋 high prices

Everyone in the store was friendly and we received amazing customer service. We both received very personalized help to find shoes that would be best for walking. The two people that helped us explained the shoe options and what our feet would benefit from in very easy to understand ways.

The foot scan! Customers can actually get a recommendation for shoe that best suits their feet... rather than being beguiled be the latest thing . Employees were helpful and very patient with this older (63) customer.

Josh is my new go-to guy for fitting athletic shoes. I wore those shoes out of the store and didn't take them off until 10pm, never felt them on my feet. I can't say that about my old favorites.
He knew the products very, very well. He's young, I'm old yet he was never condescending. He actually cared that I had the right shoe! so my kind of guy.

You don’t need to improve, service was great; I just don’t know many people in this area in need of new shoes, so I’d be surprised if I had the occasion to recommend Fleet Feet (which is the opening question of this survey).

I was told that I would receive a phone call when my shoes shipped with a tracking number, I never received a call. The shoes arrived in a timely manner.
Custom foot scan, the people, everything!!
Standing on the foot analyzer was amazing. I got the perfect shoe for my foot. Also the workers wanted what was best for me. They weren’t just selling a shoe, but wanted the best fit for me.
