The employees at the local store are wonderful! They are very knowledgeable about their products and what will work beat for your style and habits, but don't make you feel uncomfortable, even if you're very new to running or generally being active.

Kermit was an awesome help picking out a shoe then had an issue getting my rewards to work properly other lady (Jennifer) came over and had it straightened out ASAP. Service is always top notch and by bringing in my old pair of shoes Kermit was able to tell me the type of shoe I should try and why. Took a short break in walk and then run in them today and they were great. Only critique would be I wish you took Apple Pay

Sean (Shawn?) was amazing on Tuesday! My dad has advanced Alzheimer’s and tends to go off on tangents. Sean/Shawn took it all in stride and recommended a great sneaker that doesn’t aggravate my Dad’s sciatic nerve pain. He also laced up Dad’s new kicks with some elastic laces so that we don’t have to worry about tying. Please do pass along my appreciation! (And please correct my spelling of his name! I should have asked how he spells it!)

Your associates are always so friendly and knowledgable about the products. Even if I know I’m coming in to buy the same pair of shoes I purchased last time, I get to see what else is new in the store and learn what else is out there. Also, I got great marathon tips this time around. Definitely worth the trip to the store instead of buying online!

I bought my 4th pair of Hokas and have been pleased with each purchase. Yesterday Taylor at the Lincoln Square store was extremely helpful. He helped me decide between the Hoka Rincon and the Hoka Bondi. I purchased the W Bondi 6. Love them.
