The personal attention. We were greeted and serviced by Carol. She quickly assessed our needs, gave us sound recommendations, and was very courteous and knowledgeable. She knew her stuff! She has a medical background (nursing). She gave us a rundown on the return policy and ensured we received a copy of reading taken to measure our feet and outlining the particulars of our feet (arch, width, etc). I had read that the shoes were pricey, but I don't think they are any more pricey than anywhere else for quality shoes. We will be going back.

I like the specific fitting method and the opportunity to try different shoes along with the explanations of what works with my feet in particular.
Listen better. I specifically said I was in the store for a pair of Brooks and I wanted to try some Brooks. The employee brought me 4 different types of shoes, none of which were Brooks. Even after I mentioned Brooks again she continued to just bring me different brands. I felt like she wasn’t listening and it was mostly awkward. Hindsight I should’ve spoken up but it was just odd that she completely ignored my requests continuously.
The only reason I went was for Brooks, and she didn’t even acknowledge them after I had said so.
