The gentleman who assisted me was extremely helpful. I don't recall his name - thin, gray hair. He had me try on multiple shoes, told me about the local running club, recommended different products, etc. He was great.

I personally would have appreciated a little more questioning from the salesmen about my running habits and styles. Instead, he just seemingly randomly pulled shoes, all of them being pretty expensive. No conversation about why he pulled those shoes, and I had to ask a lot of questions to get basic information about the shoe brands I was unfamiliar with. It was an odd experience and it made me feel like he wasn't as knowledgable as the other sales people who were speaking to their customers.
We love the Hoka shoes and Fleet Feet sells them and the staff is always helpful. We have recommended Fleet Feet and Hoka shoes to many of our friends and relatives!
The employees were very friendly & knowledgeable. It felt great to get shoes that are actually meant for my foot shape/size and how I walk, rather than just blindly buying a pair based on looks. Fleet Feet also offered a lot of variety to choose from that met my specific foot needs.
The sale associate was amazing, knew her job and was great all around. Everyone in the store was friendly and professional. You could tel they all worked as a team. After going to 5 different stores it was a relief they had what we were looking for as well. I will return to get my running shoes!
