The personal service and the foot imager and the 30 return policy even if you have worn the shoes
Sales associate made the experience 10/10. So helpful and kind. Also very patient as I tried on diff pairs. Really appreciative of his help
Service is excellent very welcoming and everyone is friendly. All questions are answered to my satisfaction. Sales people take their take time to fit your shoes so they are comfortable.

Absolutely the most attentive and knowledgeable staff.
I was referred to this store by my podiatrist Dr. Sims, a few years ago. They helped find the perfect fit walking shoe for me and a lot of my foot issues have been resolved.
Now, with our current health risk situation.....they assisted me by phone/email and my new sneakers are being sent directly to me. I appreciate the small store experience with such a helpful staff.

There are knowledgeable sales personnel that listen and help me pick the best shoe for my needs. There are a curettage of brands and the staff know about each brand and model of shoe. I’ve been shopping at Easy Runner/Fleet Feet for many years and never been disappointed with a purchase.

It was my first visit to your store. My podiatrist, April Glesinger, recommended that I get new shoes from your store. After a short wait, Anne came to help me. She asked questions, used the scanning machine, and suggested several shoes to try. I ended up buying a pair, and was very impressed to hear I could return them if they don’t work out.

The gentleman who fitted me was so nice. I wish I would have caught his name. He took the time to explain to me the process and answer all of my questions. He asked me questions about my fitness goals and needs so that he could get me into the perfect shoe to best meet my needs. I highly recommend Fleet Feet and I will be back soon!

Jordan was very attentive! My daughter and I came in to buy a pair of running shoes for her. Because of Jordan's carring and help I decided to buy a pair for myself while I was there, I originally was going to go to Academy Sports for my pair. Always a great experince at Fleet Feet !
