Jim was exceptionally thorough and detail-oriented during our home inspection. He spent over two hours meticulously checking every nook and cranny of the house and pointed out even the smallest safety hazards. At the end, he reassured us that the overall condition of the home is quite good, which gave us a lot of peace of mind.
While services were a bit more expensive compared to other companies, it was well worth every penny. I would definitely hire this company again for future inspections, and I truly hope their after-service is just as reliable if anything comes up!

10 out of 10 is not a good enough score for the service and professionalism we experienced for the inspection of 13-34 Southbrook Drive, Hamilton, Ontario, L0R1C0 Canada.
From setting up the appointment, to the inspection itself, to receiving the detailed report, we were totally satisfied.
Not only was our inspector early for the appointment, he afforded us with an incredible, detailed 3 hour comprehensive inspection. He patiently and respectively answered all questions along the way (and there were more than a few!).
Money absolutely well spent and will, without question use your services again for our next place and will recommend Carson & Dunlop to anyone who asks.
