I have been happy with Freeman Gas since I initiated business with them over two years ago. They are very customer focused and go out of their way to solve your problem. They offer the best deal they can make on propane prices, which are better than I have found anywhere else. When my new tankless water heater was not working properly, they came out promptly to fix it and it has worked exceptionally well ever since. When I call or email for propane tank refills, they are there quickly every time I need them. That level of service is above and beyond in my opinion and you will not find that anywhere else. What every customer expects, polite, smiling faces. Prompt responses to customer requests. And then, wait for it, the best price in town. With the mergers and acquisitions of propane dealers pricing is not competitive. And the inability to sell tanks versus renting tanks hurts the long term customers.
