Only a 9 because you fired Ben who was beloved by everybody and he cared about each and every one of your clients that he serviced. Don’t take that as a negative against our current propane deliverer. He is just as good but hasn’t had enough time to become beloved yet

Daniel Elders with Freeman Gas is the best! He worked with me to fix what another company poorly started and completed our challenging install (due to our steep driveway) and established our new service. With another company I got stuck in their internal bureaucracy and left with subpar incomplete work. A 3rd company quoted the work then 2 weeks later said they couldn't do it. Daniel saved my project.
