The service is prompt, professional, courteous and reliable. During their last visit, the tech was stung by yellow jackets while servicing my tank. He personally called me to warn me about the nest so I could eradicate the nest and so I wouldn’t be stung when in the area. It doesn’t get anymore professional than that! Great company with great employees.

The employees of the Franklin, NC are the reason. From the ladies who greet me when I walk in to pay my bill, to the friendly guy that fills my bbq tank, to the incredible delivery driver. They go over and beyond their jobs to make me feel important and cared for. Everyone, including the office staff to the manager are happy, which means me want to tell everyone I know to use Freeman Gss in Franklin.

I have only had propane service from one other company in the past 14 yrs. My experience before changing to Freeman was a nightmare. With Freeman I never have to order, wait for long periods of time it's stress free once established. They also offer a discount when you pay on time. Never any harassment or issues.
