Update. Jeremy Hurst reached out to me this morning and got all my issues resolved. We have been with Freeman for a very long time. He said they dont want to lose our business, id say sometimes its best to talk with a manager to see if things can be fixed. I was 100% on leaving but him reaching out made the difference.
