Even after the freeman office here was destroyed after it flooded. Freeman got other states to bring drivers in so we could get our propane. The driver was friendly and we were thankful.

In spite of the tremendous distruction in our area, Freemsn Gas came through and got us filled up, our words of gratitude for the long hours they are working are very much given, thank you!

It took 9 days to get my delivery but it was understandable after the damage your depot sustained.

They finally came after 12 days despite the hurricane damage

I appreciate the delivery of propane on Oct. 8, 2024 after we had no electric power for 10 days as a result of Hurricane Helene. Our generator tank was almost empty and we were freezing/refrigerating breast milk and medications for our neighbors. Jimmy from Maine and Alex from the Utica, NY area came down to assist in providing propane. I really appreciate your disaster planning and the willingness of your employees (Jimmy was an Executive) to pitch in. Glad that Superior acquired Freeman Gas and adopted this plan for our area. Thank you again.

The response to getting propane to my house in the storm's aftermath was fantastic. I was down to 10% and they were there. The customer service rep on the phone was excellent as well. Would definitely recommend your company to anyone! Thank you!!

Prompt service!

Hurricane Helene, Henderson County NC....Our power just came on after 13 days and 4 hours. We have a whole house generator fueled by propane we get from Freeman. We had the freezer contents of 5 households in our garage freezers, we cooked for neighbors, we were able to offer hot showers. Although we turned the generator off at night and while at work, our propane was getting used at a rate much, much higher than our normal usage. We called Freeman to get on the list for a refill. The very nice lady I spoke to said she would get us on the list and have our tank filled when a truck was in the area. They came the next day. . Thank you to the men and woman who went the extra mile during this time of crisis to keep customers tanks filled in the face of the worst natural disaster in NC history . We appreciate you and the service you provide!
