So far, communications have been polite and considerate. Immediate attention was paid when it was realized I was so low on fuel
we were concerned about an issue with the regulator for our generac generator. they came and filled tn
he tank but there was no mention of an issue with the regulator. no one in the Landrum office seemed to know about this. the generac folks did come and reset the generator; it is now functioning. i would like to have known if they looked at the regulator, and if they found an issue.
I am auto delivery and have never been close to running out.
