we were concerned about an issue with the regulator for our generac generator. they came and filled tn
he tank but there was no mention of an issue with the regulator. no one in the Landrum office seemed to know about this. the generac folks did come and reset the generator; it is now functioning. i would like to have known if they looked at the regulator, and if they found an issue.
I am auto delivery and have never been close to running out.

I know Freeman was short staffed and there was a rumor in the community that they were way behind on filling tanks. However, when I called to follow up to see where I was on the schedule after calling the previous week, I was told I was on the list for the following day.
Only waiting two weeks with a short staffed crew is outstanding.
They are professional, friendly and always eager to help. Their office staff is always pleasant to talk with and the drivers are also friendly and will answer any questions you have.
I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for propane whether it is for a whole house or just a fireplace. Many places will not just do fireplaces any longer however Freeman will gladly fill and service those. That is a 10 in my book..
