We are a new customer transitioning from another propane provider in our county. Freeman has been very responsive and had a service technician out as per our scheduled time to evaluate the propane installation requirements for our new generator. Additionally, Kevin called in an order to have our home propane tank refilled and the truck was out the next morning. So far, we are very impressed and thankful for the level of service Freeman has been providing to us!

We had a small odor of gas outside of our house. After calling Freeman Gas, the situation was escalated and a technician was dispatched immediately. They arrived within 30-40 minutes and confirmed the leaking regulator. It was replaced quickly and efficiently confirming the leak was resolved.

It is done by agent without us, even knowing that he is filling the propane tank quietly and leaves quietly and we are on a schedule and they call first before coming to make sure we do want propane and need it, which is very courteous

Great customer relations and on time delivery
I liked the Freeman Gas service better than Superiors "auto fill-up." I had to wait two weeks after requesting propane using the phone (several phone calls) and Superior's app. I love the drivers and the "Freeman" name on the trucks. The drivers are so courteous, informative and knowledgeable about propane! We love our propane!
