The service provider was on time, polite and efficient. He repaired, restarted and set up a new remote for our fireplace. He took his time explaining how to use the remote and cleaned up when he was finished.
Their associate was wonderful to work with, resolved my question, and gave great service!

The only problem. I have called and I have been on the phone for over an hour waiting for someone to pick up. You need to have more people in the offices and not a call center that has no idea what you are talking about . Or what you need.

I was thankful to receive my gas within one week of placing my order, especially when I’m sure everyone was placing orders due to the storms.
Melissa Springer (office manager) is always available to answer any question I have and she has ensured propane delivery when needed.
Only observation is customers should have a local number to call as the automatic system is hopeless.
Attended to our emergency has refill very promptly.

Customer service has been excellent. I spoke with a lovely young lady and she took care of all my questions and needs in one call. She was patient, thorough, talked me through everything she was doing and was always polite. I'm sorry I can't remember her name. Customer service is what doing business is all about and she did a great job!
