It was really too bad because they did a fantastic job. They just have to improve on their customer communication.

I don't remember his name but the associate that took my call, help me get scheduled, went over pricing and everything beforehand was amazing. There were no hidden charges after the work was done and I paid what I was quoted. It was a great experience and would absolutely do business there in the future.

The staff in the front lobby were genuinely friendly, not that fake and forced smile. They automatically showed me the computer screen so I could see what was recommended and what the prices would be. The guy who helped me was informative and helpful. They were also patient with me in that I had to leave my car and go back in a couple of days to pay and pick up. No extra holding charge. This car was repaired by Christian Brothers with the previous owner and that owner was pleased with them as well. I plan on returning for future automotive needs.

I was quoted by another service provider about an oil leak that my sons car had. I received a second opinion from Christian brothers, and they stated that the leak was in a different place than the original company stated. Had Christian brothers do the work for less than the other company quoted me and did it in a timely manner.

Christian Brothers has two locations in north metro Denver area and we used the 104th and Colorado Blvd. location for service. My wife was satisfied with her oil and filter change and a tire rotation. The service advisors were very friendly and the technician we used did a great job. We will definitely be returning for future service needs because we believe they treat us fair.

Christian Brothers was a savior in my time in need. I was needing an oil change and tire rotation since I was planning to go out of town the next day. I had taken it to the dealership that morning but they were price gouging their previous quote. I cancelled that appointment and in search for a place to take my truck. I remembered that CBA had recently opened and called them to see if I could get in. They of course were booked but after hearing my sob story, he told me to drop the truck off and they would get to it later in the day. Well, 1 hour later after dropping it off, they called me back advising me they were done with the oil change and tire rotation. I was stunned by the quick turn around but so appreciative of their response time. They were fast, professional and affordable. I will be taking all my vehicles to them from now on. Thank you Christian Brothers. You have won a lifetime client and I have also started recommending your services to friends and family.
