Very helpful with elastic hose which are a real challenge. We have fun with exercising and keeps me moving and limber. She challenges me mentally with computer word games and puzzles. She makes good hot lunches for me. Does a lot of household tasks such as dusting, cleaning bathrooms, making beds, mopping floors, etc. She is wonderful!!!!
