I like the black card perks. After a workout, I can get a hydromassage from the lounge. Wish it could be longer than 10 minutes. Then the massage chairs.

I am a firm believer that Customer Service is a thing of the past. Not to turn this into a lecture, but the new generation growing up just doesn’t have the same ethics as the older generation. New paragraph however the fact that the new manager reached out to speak to me about an issue that I had tells me a lot about his character.
