Super friendly and informative the minute i walked through the door. You made my dog feel at home and safe. You explained each step of the introduction process and the overall methodology of how you introduce new dogs and why. It was a very easy and pleasant experience.

Everyone has been so awesome here! The staff I met the first day, the staff that was there for the interview process, the staff that helped get me signed up for the special, everyone has been a pleasure. We had never used a doggy daycare before so we didn’t know what the diwct, but they have made the process so easy! Very welcoming and AWESOME with the doggies! Highly reccomend this location to anyone!

Friendly, flexible and responsive. Only criticism is when you pick up at off hours and they are giving a tour it can be a long wait bc one staff member is on a tour and the other is holding the prospective client dog. A bonus, would be curbside drop off in the morning. Not needed but would be a really nice perk.

I love the cameras so I can watch my dog interact with staff and the other dogs. I like the transparency of your facility (the last one I used you could not even go in the front door!). My dog loves to come and I think that is a testimony to the care of your staff.
