Bid process was a great experience. Great selection of colors, styles and handles. Ciera and Marcos did a great job from start to finish. Ciera oversaw the entire project and kept us informed as to when our items were ordered and when they arrived. On the week of our project, Ciera notified us each morning as to the time Marcos and the crew were to arrive. Once complete, Ciera came by to be sure the installation was done correctly. Anything that needed attention was fixed by Marcos. We highly recommend KTU to anyone who wants to have their kitchen cabinets and drawers refaced. In fact, we are going to get a bid from them to reface our bathroom and laundry room cabinets and drawers. KTU made us feel like special customers. Their response time and quality of work was outstanding!

After seeing the nice results at a neighbor's home, we felt confident that we could reface the kitchen cabinets and end up with a better look at much less cost and disruption than replacing all the cabinets. There's no need to tear out perfectly good cabinet boxes if you can have them professionally refaced, and still get the final look you want. The Kitchen Tuneup installers always let us know exactly when they would be here and there was never any question that they would be here and ready to go, just as promised. A few days of kitchen disruption (instead of destruction!) to get the perfect final result was efficient and worth it.

The installation crew was friendly and competent, very hard workers. I knew I didn't want to "paint" my old cabinets, yet they did not need to be torn out, so refacing them was a great option! They look great!
