First, I was pleased with the professional service I received from Kristen in helping me select items for my bathroom. She offered a lot of suggestions and I am extremely pleased with the results. Second, everyone who was involved in the remodel (carpenters, mirror company, plumbers, etc.) arrived on time and did a fantastic job! Third, Rick, who did the carpentry work and wrapped two additional cabinets did a phenomenal job. I must admit the results were better than I expected. Finally, the professionalism and courtesy shown me during the entire remodeling project was greatly appreciated. They worked within my time frame and delivered on time as they said they would. They were extreme perfectionist. I never wondered if the work would be done appropriately. Each phase I had comfort with their knowledge base and what they brought to the table. The interaction with contractors coming in was great. Showed up on time always willing to work late to complete a process, finished as relayed to me. I can only say good things about them. Would use them again in a heartbeat and have referred them to friends. I love my new kitchen. I can sit comfortably when I retire knowing that this is done. I am sitting pretty. The salesman was very professional, friendly, and explained everything they was going to do. He is definitely the right person for his job. The installers were also very professional, they cleaned up before leaving. I love my cabinets and countertop. They did an amazing job. Your cabinet fronts and drawer fronts are excellent. The installers Sal and Mike were out of this world. They did an excellent job. At the end of every day they cleaned up everything and swept the floors clean. They were very courteous and considerate. The owner of the Steve, came by and checked to make sure we were satisfied with the job, I thought that was good. The cabinets are of excellent quality. I would definitely recommend Kitchen Tune Up to anyone looking to redo a kitchen. Extremely satisfied Sandra Haller
