Carlos was very upfront about everything. He kept me notified when appliances came in and were ready to be put into the kitchen. He kept me notified of any delays or any problems that may have occurred. He was very upfront about everything. And he was very nice and easy to talk to.
The payment system and invoice system and receipt. System system was very easy to navigate. He stuck to the plan and gave a very detailed work set up. Everything was very accommodating.

I would recommend Kitchen Tune Up for any remodeling you need. Carlos was very respectful and was willing to work with us. The crews he brought in were very professional. They were very knowledgeable and worked to get the project done in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the kitchen remodel they performed. Carlos takes the time to make it right he never rushed on anything.

Carlos and his team did an outstanding job. Our kitchen facelift is awesome. The new look is beyond what we expected. The counter tops, plumbing, floors, etc. was such a mess. Tim, Chris , Blake, Richard, David, Moses and our painter were all very professional. We knew what to expect from beginning to end.

Carlos's attention to detail and his knowledge were exactly what you would expect and then some.
Carlos went "several extra miles" to get the products we really wanted.
We will have him back for our bathroom projects and soon as we can take our eyes off the beautiful kitchen, he created for us. EVERYONE LOVES IT!!

This is the second time I've had Kitchen Tune-Up to do work for me. In my custom built home, the trim guys had created shoe racks for me and I still had a significant amount of shoes on the floor. One of my Sorors came by and recommended having a shelf inserted between each rack as there was alot of space that was not being utilized. After she brought this to my attention, I immediately called my builder. He informed me that the trim guys would be months getting back to my home to do this work and recommended that if I knew someone to hire someone else. Initially, I had stated I didn't know anyone and would have to wait. One day I was at in my home office going through paperwork and came across Kitchen Tune Up paperwork from when they did work before on my previous home. I instantly looked in my phone for Carlos's number and called. I texted him pictures of m shoe racks, answered his questions over the phone, he scheduled a day and time to come out to measure. He did, and the rest is history. He did such an excellent job (as always)! The job was so seamless, that you would think the shoe racks were constructed this way in the beginning. I'm now able to put ALL of my shoes on the shoe racks and have at least one shelf to place any new ones I purchase. Carlos does such good work. I told him that the custom closet he did in my previous home was a major selling feature for me. I didn't think I could ever have another closet that matched work he had done at my other house, but this closet it now perfect as I no longer have shoes on my floor. Looking at my shoe racks now, you can't really tell which shelves are inserts, as it all looks custom made.
Carlos's timing was always perfect and worked well with my busy work schedule. The price was reasonable. I would recommend Kitchen Tune Up to anyone who needs closet or kitchen renovation, because of the craftsmanship of Carlos's work. He's a perfectionist and professional.

Positive experience all around. Carlos was responsive, professional, communicative, informative, and pleasant. He returned calls/messages quickly, he showed up on time, every time.
