I am so grateful to have had such a wonderful company to go through a remodel process with. So many people I know have had horrible experiences with their kitchen remodel in the Charlotte area and ours couldn’t have been smoother and more positive. We had a few issues come up (as always happens during a remodel) but kitchen tune up took care of the solution before we even knew there was a problem. I am genuinely so so glad that we chose them. They went above and beyond at every opportunity. Shout out to Demi as well for helping so much when I really needed guidance!

I live in Wilmington and found Kitchen Tune-Up Charlotte on the Internet. They offer the perfect solution to apartment-kitchen renovations of a standardized kitchen layout. My 30 year-old yellow laminate-cabinets were mostly in good physical shape but obviously very dated. The white shaker-style refacing process is quick, the price is spectacular, staff support has been very prompt, and the resulting appearance is a great improvement. I cannot offer stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. But the kitchen first impression matters when competing with market vacancy rates going up and every applicant scrolling quickly, seeing nicer photos in almost every competing listing on the listing site.

From start to finish, we found everyone at KTU to be kind, friendly, professional, and knowledgable. But most importantly to us, KTU exhibited strong communication with us as a client - we never had to wonder about anything or chase down information, timelines, costs, etc. EVERYTHING was clearly communicated, and that was gold for us! We couldn't be happier with our kitchen renovation and highly recommend KTU!

Kitchen Tune-up has been doing a series of projects for my apartment building for over a year, with more to come. In addition to a good kitchen remodel product and process that reduces my renovation cost and vacancy time at tenant turnover, the whole team from operations to accounting is very talented, responsive and easy to work with. Tara made it a great experience getting my kitchen remodeled. When a problem arose she immediately found a solution to fix it. I truly appreciate her professionalism. The guys that worked on my cabinets also deserve a pat on the back for all their hard work. Cristie in accounting was very helpful when I had a question. To make it even more enjoyable the work was done as scheduled. To sum it up I would not hesitate to recommend Kitchen Tune-Up to my family and friends.

We took a very long time to make a decision about our cabinets but Kitchen Tune-Up didn't pressure us. They let us take our time and always answered our questions over the 12-18 months it took us to finally hire them to paint our kitchen cabinets.
