They always make sure you and your client match up and that helps for a great work day if for some reason it doesnt work either for you or the client. The staff will make changes to accomodate carer and client that makes for a happy place. Making sure that carers and clients are happy and comfortable with each other is very important to them and I have never worked anywhere else that does this. They work with you not against you. There is always someone avaliable to chat to about any concerns or questions. I am glad I made the move to Senior Helpers
