The brother we dealt with was very nice and explained the e-bike to us. We’re in our 70’s so we don’t pick up on things as fast as younger ones but we are getting there. We like our bikes and anxious to ride some rails to trails.
Friendly, knowledgeable and informative, the customer service at Two Brother Bicycles was great! They had a good selection, and I got a really good deal on an AVENTON Level II. I like the fact that its a small local family run business. Both brothers are knowledgable on the products, fast on their services, but most of all their friendliness makes it a pleasure to do business with them.

I love my new Aventon e-bike! It is awesome to be able to ride a bike and not having my knees hurt. Road 21 miles today on my 3rd day of having it. I have told a lot of ppl how nice they are and to come to 2 brothers on the ave.
The only thing I would suggest differently would be make sure the bike is 100% charged when a customer is picking it up so it’s ready to go for their first ride.
Chris was a great guy to work with, no pressure and you could tell he loved what he does bc he was smiling and happy the whole time working with him.
