STAFF HELPFUL AND KIND
Maybe have two groups for volleyball open court ONE STAYS ON ONE SIDE that is B / A level and one group of people for REC only. Makes it more fun for everyone.

I look forward to my favorite classes at the Taylor YMCA. The instructors are knowledgable and make working hard super fun! I always leave class exhausted but also feeling accomplished. The instructors encourage me to push myself to the next level.

Overall well run and very helpful staff.
I ama bit concerned that some maintenance issues have been starting to show over the last few months, and it seems reminding staff of these nothing gets done. Specifically, in the Cardio balcony some machines stay broken for weeks, and the TVs have not worked for a month. The TVs on many machines have also stopped working for many months now.
The variety in programming
Except for the bath and shower rooms at the main pool, the facilities are nice. Those at the pool house smell bad and are old. They need to be modernized.
The staff and the facility!
You guys are amazing. I'm there 5 times a week and it's always an amazing experience. Staff is super helpful. The main guy at the desk in the early morning is always super supportive and for someone who just recently started back on a journey to health those small things of support mean so much.
I am enjoying the water fitness classes and the ability to also work out as needed.

The staff is respectful and polite. They treat my son well and they are easy to communicate with.
