Guards were focused and working hard. Pool was decent. Could’ve been a bit cleaner overall. Front desk lady is the best. So friendly! Restrooms clean. Love Knightdale Station Y!
Our kids are having a BLAST at camp! All of the counselors have been amazing, the kids haven't come home with any friend issues, and camp leadership is communicative and responsive whenever I've reached out. Logistics are well thought out and everything really seems to run smoothly. I really appreciate the private facebook group for the counselors to share updates and pictures. 10/10 will be back next summer!

I do enjoy going to the Knightdale YMCA, but I would also like to see a facility to work out and enjoy other activities.

The counselors make it there business to greet the children by names, they are really good and remember the smile at details about your child. They create a clean, safe, and fun filled summer experience. I can drop my son off and not worry about him.
Staff were friendly, I felt that he was safe, he really enjoyed the activities.
The camp is well run - from the hand held radios they use to communicate to a phone call if needed during the day. Drop off and pick up is quick and efficient. My grandson is excited every morning when he wakes up, eager to get to camp. He likes the friends he is making and especially the fact that he gets to go to the pool daily. He has a full day of activities and is happy and tired when I pick him up.

Very family friendly environment and attentive lifeguards.
Kids have a blast, communication to parents and most important of all I feel my kids are safe. Lots of businesses have track out camps with no qualifications.. I feel like the ymca keeps safety as a priority and creates a fun safe place for my kids.
My daughter Milani loves the YMCA, this was her first experience.
Very family oriented place , clean pool though the water was in a way salty, the lifeguards were present and doing their jobs quite well.

Cleanliness, usually not super busy, the lifeguards take their job very seriously.
I like the quiet, location and the bathroom specially the family ones needs to be more comfortable to change and have a clothes hangers

I recommend hair ties which I think will make the pool has less hair than now

The pool & bathrooms are clean, it’s not crowded/cramped and the shallow end is very large (perfect for our young kids). Prefer it over KERR.

The pool is among the nicest I've encountered and the staff is wonderful. I do think you'd attract more members if you offered a special membership that covered the entire summer for just the Knightdale pool. It's not too inconvenient to join every May and suspend my membership every September, but it would be nice not to have to do it. Also, I was quoted a cost of $25 to bring a guest. I think that's excessive, and prevents greater exposure to the pool. Still, I love the Knightdale pool and look forward to each new season..
