Seb my tour guide was well informed. The lady at the front desk also was very informative and knowledgeable. This morning (Friday 17) Liz was a gem. She took her time and made sure that I understood the various pieces of equipment.
Instructors and class content is top-notch and there is a good variety of classes!
Nice clean facility. One recommendation is that for the start strong class, I feel a personal trainer would do a better job. I feel it would be better if a trainer took some time to understand the new members objectives. This isn’t about a free personal training program, but just something to provide better direction for a newbie. Hope that helps.

Great atmosphere
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The building is beautiful. The YMCA app is simple to use in order to sign up for classes. The classes to people at all levels of fitness and are usually available. The monthly fees are reasonable.
