The staff
Early am classes
Variety of classes, outdoor pool all year long, nice gym, helpful staff.
YMCA Triangle's staff is always so kind and helpful. The front desk staff is always so pleasant to talk to when you first walk in. The daycare staff is so patient with my kids and always so respectful. The classes are amazing and it is a good way to switch up your workout due to the options that they offer. And it has a heated pool that is open year round (mostly) and a SAUNA!

Classes and facilities
I really enjoy the classes its the only thing why I go to YMCA.
I like the variety of classes. Would love to get a cardio dance class back. Zumba is pretty good but having music I am familiar with from the 60's, 70's, 80's is more enjoyable.
One request is to monitor music volume in dance classes. The music is louder than it needs to be and I suspect loud enough to damage hearing. (100dB causes hearing damage after 15 minutes exposure, and anything over 85 dB is concerning). Many of us are already old enough to be worrying about hearing! loss. Thanks!
Colton has gone to the ymca camps for years now and he continues to love it. He did like Clayton middle this year.
Buildings, pool, new gym equipment, studios on first and second floor, people are very nice, lifeguards are on the job; build out for expansion, etc.

Our son loves the counselors, meeting new friends, and going to the swimming pool every day!
Everyone is extremely helpful and nice. The classes are a healthy mix of abilities and you never feel like you don't belong.
The staff goes out of their way to accommodate you.
People and availability
When I came as a new member 3 years ago I knew no one . It has been a wonderful experience for me as everyone I came in contact with were so kind and helpful and members and the instructors made it a fun experience everyday.

The program itself is great and helps to keep the kids engaged all day! The counselors are wonderful and super helpful!
Pretty much everything. The staff, from the receptionists to the trainers to the teachers and the students, everyone has a positive attitude and friendly manner. In my experience everyone is receptive to comments that will better or make safer the environment and classes.
