Good instructors. Just wish there were more classes to choose among. Pandemic rearranged the schedule and some of the new class times just don't work for me now.

I do wonder whether the current facility can accommodate all the new development and members as more people live close by. Many classes already fill up quickly and I think overcrowding will become a big issue.
Our YMCA serves folks from all walks of life. There are programs for folks from young children to the mature group. Our YMCA strengthens our community by focusing on meeting community needs. I believe it is a force for good as it helps build and develop people to improve our community.

The Y is easy to use and has good classes. I can do what I want and nobody bothers me. The chair Yoga class is very good and the instructor is good.

Great customer service and great instructors. However, I have stayed away from a water aerobic class on Tuesday and Thursday because of unkind comments made about the instructor. I have been told that she yells and self shame if you are not doing something correctly. If true, that is really unfortunate!!!!!
Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, attentive! There is a pool! A lot of the workout equipment is new! Equipment is clean.

I like the classes I take at the YMCA and all the teachers and staff I have encountered are super friendly as well as being good at what they do. I have made treasured friends at the YMCA among both teachers and other members like me. A visit to the Y thus satisfies my physical activity and social needs. It is a friendly, comfortable and welcoming place.

I have a free membership paid for through Medicare (yeah, Medicare!). I like that there is a diverse membership at the YMCA, and there are a variety of different kinds of people using it.

The childcare (after school/out of school care). The classes. I would love to see EV chargers in the parking lot at the Chapel Hill-Carrboro branch. I would love to see more outdoor venues for classes that are not the parking lot, like in the back away from MLK and parking lot traffic. I would like more class instructors.
