We were so anxious to board our rescue, but the staff made us so comfortable and answered any questions before we left. We called a couple of times while we were gone and the staff was so considerate and reassured us that he was doing just wonderful! We got pictures of his baseball game, snuggle time, and even a pool party!! When I picked him up he was so happy and lively! I cannot thank the staff enough for taking such good care of our big boi. We look forward to boarding him again in the future!!!!

All employees seem kind and attentive. When I called to check on my dog I felt like she was doing well. Keep your prices where they are as that helps set you apart from other boarding facilities.

I love that the camp counselors know my dog. They know his personality and what he likes. They know because they interact with him. When he was sick, they sent a get well card. It's so comforting to know they really and truly care.

All the staff seem to love the dogs and are very accommodating. Easy to make reservations online and staff gives me good feedback on how my puppy is doing with the other dogs. I love watching the camper cam. I think my dog has actually made some friends and has fun with the activities they provide. It didn’t take my dog long before she got excited about going to Camp Bow Wow. I needed my dog to go to camp 2 days in a row so I decided to leave her there 2 nights also. It was beneficial to both of us. I had time to relax after 2 long stressful days and she had fun socializing with other dogs. It also was a great trial period for how she would do boarding if I wanted a vacation. Now I do not need to get stressed making vacation plans and worrying what will happen with the dog.
