made you feel welcome from the second you walked in the door, they were polite and explained the process before doing anything. Big shout out to Sam. Customer service is literally a thing of the past now unfortunately but was happy to see that it is still alive and well at CBA.

The entire process was a breeze. The communication from start to finish was amazing. So glad I don’t have to go to a dealership and sit for 3 hours and hear nothing. The staff was so friendly upon drop off and offered me a shuttle ride back home. Sent me over every update and stage my car was in via text and upon pick up it was smooth and I never at any point in time felt pressured to make a decision about any findings right there in that moment. Christian Brothers most definitely will be recommended by me and I will be a customer for the foreseeable future.

Joe really did a great job explaining the situation on our vehicle after it was diagnosed.

June 1st i had an oil change done on my Volvo. Today June 8th, the check engine light came on, I am assuming that the computer was not reset for the oil change, but the bigger deal is that the pan under the engine fell off. I will be at your location by 6:50 am waiting for you to open.

I had a very awesome experience at Christian bros automotive, the services here were definitely top of the line the advisors up front helped me with every question I had about my car, and the oil change service was phenomenal! They have one of the best lube techs in the area and was also very quick with the service and inspection!

My service advisor Jr. was outstanding, kept! Prices are very fair, especially given the services provided (detailed inspection and shuttle service for no cost!) Will be recommending Christian Brothers Buckeye to ALL friends and family!

Local, home grown, family owned business is the only way to go! Christian Brothers is all that. Plus they offer friendly, fast, affordable service. Engine alert said “engine filter replacement needed”. Stopped at CB. The associate explained and even showed me what an engine filter was. Also estimated cost and time to replace it. He was so kind to order the filter needed and give me time to stop by when able to have it replaced. When I did make it back over, filter was changed within 20 minutes (no appt). Cost was minimal.

Now I have a neighborhood repair shop with a family atmosphere.

I brought in my 2003 Land Rover Discovery. I've found most mechanics aren't even willing to look at this truck. But, these guys correctly and quickly diagnosed multiple issues and performed the necessary repairs competently.

Very professional and easy to work with. Sam kept me updated with progress and worked with my extended warranty company to work out coverage. Much easier than dealing with the dealer who wanted my vehicle for a couple of weeks before even getting it into a stall to diagnose. Great service!
