The staffers were not very welcoming or friendly when we walked in and whenever I checked the cameras, there was not a staff person in the area with the dogs. When we picked up our dog, they didn’t offer any information about the time that was spent there or how the day went.

Every single person who works at Camp Bow Wow is an absolute delight who couldn't take better care of our dog. He doesn't get excited to hang out with the other dogs - he gets super excited because of the people who give him so much attention and love!

While on vacation I do not have a clear mind being that I had to call to see where my dog was at times and why he was not out playing with the other dogs. On Easter I checked all cameras and no one was there, I called and received a message saying they were in the back attending to pups. I sent my sister there and no one was there. Boarding or the SPCA??? Very upset about this because I put a lot into my dog so I expect the best for my dog. Staff on camera walking around the dog and no kind of interaction with the dogs at all…

What’s not to love? The staff is great. I love that when I’m dropping my puppy off, she runs in. It’s clean, the extra activities are great and I love that she can get a bath, especially on half price day, and I pick up a tired and clean puppy.
