Everyone is so kind and friendly and treated Benji with love and hugs. The facility is kept clean and smells clean when you walk in the door. I love being able to see my boy play on the Camper Cams and having peace of mind knowing he's in good hands. Thank you for taking care of our fur baby while we were out of town. The best staff who are super friendly, who look out for and love your dogs. It's a pleasure to take my pups to Covington Bow Wow! My older dog bounds into the building and even lets himself through the door to greet the staff. Highly recommended!!

We both work from home so it is nice to be able to drop Chetty off for the day and know that he is in great hands. He gets to play, exercise, and have a great time and we get to focus on our work. He loves going to Camp Bow Wow. We love that we can check in on cameras and see what he's up to. They do many activities with the pups. Each day is a different activity. Even on his interview day he had a very cute picture taken as part of the activity they had that day. We had no idea. This was such a great surprise.

We drop our Charli girl off for day camp and 3 day over night stays. She loves to go, and then she sleeps for a day after.

no appointment required for bathing of our dog. His baths are great, he smells fresh and clean. Also I know when I drop him off, what time to pick him up. Staff is kind, helpful, at times helping get my dog out of the car. The The facility is convenient to reach. Price of services good. Lobby has extras to purchase.
