Staff indicated a knowledge of each dog and it's needs. Not just another dog being boarded. Nico had a small scratch on his nose. It was explained to us that it had been cleaned and disinfected. Small scratches are to be expected but it was nice to know they cared instead of just saying, Huh he has a scratch, not sure how he got that.

The staff is always so friendly. The pick up and drop off times are convenient. I have been using Camp Bow Wow’s daycare and boarding services for a few years and my pup is always well cared for and in a safe environment.

The staff! We are almost always greeted with a smile no matter how crazy/busy the staff are when we arrive. They are friendly, helpful and seem to truly enjoy our fur baby - even though she is generally quite energetic before, during, and still going when we pick her up from a full day of camp. She is excited to see us and is almost like a small child wanting to tell us all about what a great day she had.

They recognize us and our dogs, and are able to tell stories about when they play! When we watch on the dog cams, we see people petting our dogs and interacting with them which did not often happen at our previous play place. I like that the staff all have dog behavior training which our previous place did not have! So much that I like, I have no complaints!

All of the staff is so kind and have the nicest things to say about our girl! Our fur kid can be quite timid but once she gets to Camp Bow Wow, she runs right in, super excited to see her friends! CBW has great supervision and take great care of all the campers! We love Bow Wow!!
