Had a great experience with the on-site realtors, Todd and Lindsay. They were helpful and responsive anytime we needed anything. Also, the selections process with Shannon was great. She was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Finally, the closing process was seamless. From the admin staff and the closing attorney, it was a smooth process.
Our only concern was the changeover with our main builder, as we had a total of 3 throughout the build.
Overall, the process went great.

Lindsay and Todd from Arc were great to work with as well. After the initial hiccups, I feel like the team was working hard to make us happy buyers. I think the level of customization avaliable makes this our home, not just a house that's available to buy.
Teb was super attentive to all our home concerns and made super everything was up to par on closing day. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was how we wanted it.
